Upon completion of the custom clearance, which took three days, the reactors were transported to the laydown yard located 2km from the port. The agreement was to transport the three DHC reactors first to the Distilate Hydrocracker Unit where they will be erected and then transport the MHC reactors to the Mild Hydrocracker Unit at a one week interval. In consideration of their size and weight, several arrangements were T made for the transportation of these reactors. Coordination for the transportation of these items was taken care of by Al-Majdouie with the traffic authorities, including authorization, approval for the route and securing police escort. The human element is very important to the development of the company. We need to create the right environment for young people who will be willing to join us and start a career with us. Why would anyone dedicate themselves to this company? We have to be able to answer that question to the young people. Today as we speak we have people who join SATORP then would move on when they are accepted by companies like Aramco. We have not given ourselves the character that is expected to be seen by the young people. It is important to acknowledge that to be a company you have to create the right environment to have the right people.       ");

Ever since, Jubail had witnessed numerous developments. Several international and local companies invested millions of dollars in the city. The industrial city is the largest industrial complex of its kind in the world and consists of petrochemical plants, fertilizer plants, steel works, an industrial port and a huge number of support industries. There is also the Royal Saudi Naval Base plus a separate commercial port and a military air base. It holds the Middle Easts largest and the worlds 4th largest petrochemical company, SABIC.
