There are no detailed substantial data for AATSC, as it has been established for the purpose of issuing SATORP's Sukuk only. Accordingly, it will not incur any substantial liabilities or operations except in relation to the Sukuk issuance.

Under the patron-age of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa ibn Salman Al Khalifa Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bah-rain the Middle East Pe-trotech 2012 took place in Manama at the Inter-national Exhibition and Convention Centre. From 20 to 23May 2012, more than 70 technical presentations were delivered. The conference featured keynote and plenary session speeches assembling high profile executives and technical experts from down-stream organizations worldwide, as well as representatives from associated industries, who addressed current issues of widespread importance to the industry.

In an effort of SATORP to boost a cooperative and effective relation with the Official Authorities, who could support the execution of the refinery project to be completed on time and to enhance the level of collaboration with such authorities, which could assist to overcome any obstacle that may affect the construction plans, the President and CEO, Mr. Fawaz Nawwab extended an invitation to HE, the CEO of the Royal Commission for Jubail, Dr. Mosleh ibn Hamed Al-Otaibi to visit SATORP's site in Jubail to share with him the latest accomplishments of the project.
