 Attractive Base Salary based on company salary instruction. Housing Allowance. Transportation Allowance. Shift Allowance. Free medical coverage. Family Protection insurance. Working Time hours: 5 days / week (40 hours); the normal workdays are Saturday through Wednesday from 07:30 am to 04:30 pm. Annual Leave: Thirty (30) calendar days for grade 9 and below and thirty eight (38) for grade 10 and above per year. Saudi employee will receive 70% of his/her monthly basic salary as a vacation allowance. Expatriate employee will receive one round trip ticket for the employee & his/her eligible family members per year (IATA rate “economy”). 13th Month Allowance: One month basic salary paid once a year during the holy month of Ramadan. Home Ownership Program and one time furniture allowance (for Saudi only). Service Award gift in 5 year increments. Savings Plan |
